Books books and more books!!!...seems there are several books related to our hobby here that are "in the works" or recently released. Let's get the bad news out of the way first...early reviews of the recently released Skateboards that Rock by Rhyn Noll are none too praiseworthy at all. I have been told to avoid it at all cost basically as it was described as little more than a hap-hazard collection of typos with the occassional pretty picture thrown in (and that is a "nice" version of the description I was given). On a better note, I highly anticipate Jim Phillips' soon-to-be-released book (end of July?) as well as two other "secret" ones that I have been told of that should be out by year's end. Think of them as something to do in your spare time when not poking around here. =)
