This past weekend, I finally got to catch up on some videos/dvds I had received...."Chlorine", yeh, I am probably one of the few not to see it...good vid...like the almost documentary feel and especially liked Olson's parts...funny guy...Hackett on the other hand is ,in my opinion, an ego-maniac assclown (is that news to anyone? sorry...didn't care for him or his style "back in the day" and sure don't like his "I am God" attitude now...to each is own ya know)....then I watched "Are you Alright?"....holy shit! A must have! Great work by my friend Jon Holland too....great session motivator...I have wayyyy more appreciation for Pat Duffy now...D-Way, well, he's always top on my "respect" list...Danger? he is one crazy dude!....then I watched a vid Cliche skateboards sent me...again, very impressive! Those guys rip! Not your typical "flippity-dippity, same trick down a handrail done by 5 different people" kinda flick...well done and I highly suggest you find it....lastly, I wrapped up the weekend with a little beer and watching the Tampa Pro 2003 contest...I think it captures the event well...just had friends come back from the 2004 one...they went in 2003 too....good times. Well...just sharing my $0.02.
