As some of you may or may not know, I live in Birmingham, Alabama...my immediate family all lives in Gulf Shores, Alabama...not far from Mobile. I also have several friends from and in New Orleans with family from the area as well. Also, I have friends in Mississippi too. I am sure you have seen the news of the devastation of hurricane Katrina as I have, but I also get to hear it first hand from all of them. Sadly, it is much more terrible than you can probably imagine. I am asking you to please donate what you can...time, money, goods, etc....to the relief efforts. All is appreciated in this time of great need.
