Well, I leave tomorrow for Ohio for yet another AoS-fest....3rd one now....it's hard to believe. Anyways, checking the weather and it looks like a 70% rain chance all weekend. But fear not!!! Our Ohio brothers have worked up some fantastic back-up plans. As is now, the plan is this...friday, everyone coming in is meeting at the Powell skatepark. Friday night, staying in Columbus (it's homecoming weekend in Athens for their university football team, so all rooms are booked or those available are $150+ a night! yeh yeh...I know...great planning....but I don't care much for football so I can plead ignorance there). Anyways....so Saturday, up early and off....if weather is good, Athens skatepark (1 1/2 hrs south-ish of Columbus) all day!....in the event of rain, Ollies Skate Park (www.skateollies.com) in Florence, KY (2 hrs Southwest of Columbus)...from there, plans are open. Sunday...probably a session in Columbus again before everyone leaves....now the important stuff...SWAG!!!! About 5-10 decks, 4 shirts, patches, stickers, etc so far that I know of...also, Five Points Skateboards is having another *AOSfest Special deal*...decks for $35 in all kinds of crazy shapes and such...or order a custom one while there! Thanks again to everyone for making this come together. I know plans this year were a bit last minute and sketchy, but I promise a good time for all!!!!
