According to Hot Rod as of January 9th, due to the success of their "Cease and Desist" series, they have spun off a new web site (and company?) to "handle the rapid growth in interest in our company". The new site is www.ceaseanddesistcollection.com. For those not familiar with this company, they started up around May 2005 with a series of decks that took past popular 1990's graphics (mostly Blind and World Industries) and "blinged them out" (ie. added jewelry and other sparkly accessories). They keep the decks runs low (roughly 50 decks produced with each graphic) which seems to keep the demand rather high (as they often report decks being "sold out" rather quickly directly from their shop). They have promised more to come with new series planned. We will see what comes out of this company...as well as what the other companies who's graphics get "spoofed" have to say. They are also behind the "Nike Dunk" series of decks that you might still find on sites like eBay from time to time. Check them out today!
