To celebrate the one year anniversary of Disposable: A
History of Skateboard Art, Concrete Wave Editions and
Blitz Distribution are proud to announce the release
of a deluxe hard bound limited edition of the book.
This special edition of will be made available to skate shops March 2006 in a one
and only time printing of 1000 books, five hundred of which will be individually signed-and-numbered and randomly doodled
in by the author at a slightly more premium price.
For those unfamiliar with Disposable: A History of Skateboard Art, longtime skateboard artist Sean Cliver authored and
compiled a 244-page, full-color, book showcasing over 1000 skateboard graphics from the last three decades. Alongside his
own unique history, Sean assembled a wealth of recollections and stories from such prominent artists and professional skateboarders
as Wes Humpston, Craig Stecyk III, Jim Phillips, Lance Mountain, Pushead, Ed Templeton, John Lucero, Chris
Miller, Jason Jessee, Steve Caballero, Ron Cameron, Jason Lee, Tony Hawk, Andy Howell, Steve Rocco, Natas

others, providing not only a fascinating account of art in the skateboard subculture but a rare, behind the scenes glimpse into
