But do you not see the crayon style and the "Doughboy" as being signature things of your graphics?
LM:
Yeah. Maybe I’ll do ‘em myself and sell ‘em on a website or something. I don’t know. Maybe I’ll do one on Flip. Maybe I’ll do it. I don’t know.
But there’s room for all sorts of stuff probably...

MD:
It’s funny though. Would you have ever imagined that that simple crayon drawing that your son did would then become attached to you as YOUR style?
Or the "Doughboy", which was just a simple animation sequence that you thought was cool?
LM:
I think you can attach it to you if you want you know? Once I saw that stuff that my son did...I actually really liked it. I saw a way to make it
something that was recognizable so I stuck with it. I do like the way it looks cuz it reminds me of something and I do a different bunch of drawings
that way...but on a skateboard…. It’s kind of...Sometimes I like it! Sometimes I don’t. I’m up and down. I don’t know. I can see that...
I knew that it could become a style that was recognizable. Yeah I did know that. Cuz I started seeing that it was recognizable to myself.
So I knew that if it was recognizable to myself then it could be recognizable. Yeah I should do more and more stuff like that probably… here and there.
I’m working on a website myself. I’m trying to change it all over and do stuff. Just put up all the history and all the stuff I’ve had. Maybe I’ll do
stuff on that. I don’t know.
MD:
Anything you want to wrap up with?
LM:
I don’t know. This has been fun. It’s probably been the worst, negative, brutal...<laughs>
MD:
<laughs> Well do you want to say anything positive?
LM:
I don’t know. I think it’s all positive. Skateboarding is great! All this stuff is a part of skateboarding. It’s rad.
